Shipping & Returns


You can return an item for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, we can only offer a credit to your account. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require you to send us an email with the original order # and reason for your return. If product is damaged when you receive it, please also provide us with pictures. You can send all return requests to and we will get back to you within 1-2 business days.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with your original order # and pictures of the damaged products.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.


We will send you a pre-paid label for your return, but you will be responsible for packing it up and dropping it off at a location.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
